What we do

Masters 1-2-1 is an organization dedicated to promoting the study and teachings of martial arts, personal training and self defence within UK and across Europe.

Our aim is to provide and offer you a range of practical and physical teachings to help promote fitness, self-confidence, and physical and mental development to any individual, group or organization wanting to learn the skills and teachings we have to offer.

Offering classes in the Ju Jutsu, Aikido and Aiki Ju Jutsu martial arts as well as general self defence techniques
In today's culture, more and more people are interested in learning at least the basics of self defence. Our classes are suitable for every age and ability and are particularly ideal for women and children to learn as practical skills.

Classes are designed to encourage and develop:
- Self-discipline and well-being
- Fitness
- Hand-to-eye as well as general co-ordination
- Self-confidence
- Increased reaction and thinking times
- Practical life skills among many others

All the disciplines are taught by highly experienced and qualified staff.

Each nominated instructor is fully licensed and is listed on the national black belt register, CRB checked, insured, first aid trained with a professional and friendly manner.

Who we are

Founded in October 2009 by Stephen Mitchell Godan Renshi, now Director of Operations, Masters 1-2-1
is run by Stephen and a small dedicated team of highly trained individuals with over 50 years of collective experience and training.
